IT WAS SUCH A GRAND EVENT. THE BIGGEST YEAR-ENDING EVENT OF PHILIPPINE STAGERS FOUNDATION. AND IN THIS CHRISTMAS EVENT, ONCE MORE, VINCE TANADA AND HIS GROUP PROVED ONCE AND FOR ALL THAT THEY ARE THE BEST THEATER GROUP IN TOWN. AND THE HAPPIEST ONE!
Together with special selected media friends (Vince didn’t invite celebrities and V.I.P.’s on this special occasion because he wanted the affair to be “family-like” and only upon the request of this blogger that he approved of some few and selected media people), Vince and the Stagers celebrated the eve of December 25 with great hugs, laughs and smiles, fabulous gifts and raffle prizes, rains of cash money, food, drinks, production numbers, comedy gigs and more!!!
What a great concept of a party, indeed. A BLOGGER simply “drank himself to death” with the overflowing drinks at Aaron’s Mobile Bar, the sponsor mobile bar of the night. It’s owned by Mr. Aaaron Lim, younger brother of Mr. Chris Lim, the marketing executive of Philippine Stagers Foundation.
Director Emmanuel dela Cruz (of the film “Slumber Party”, a Cinema One film fest entry in the year 2013) was the lone celebrity guest and V.I.P. guest of Vince that night, together with Ms. Trixie Dauz and one U.P. theater actress-friend of Trixie who also judged the three competing special production numbers of the event. The winning group was Group No. 1 of Ms. Chin Ortega- wherein a marvelous production number of a boy (performed by Gabby Tanada) got a gigantic gift of angels and as he drew on canvass an artistic side of life, it was drawn alongside the drawings of his angels. What a very beautiful concept. That’s why it won the Grand Prize and the Stagers who all performed in that production number won 30,000 php.! Nice.
Among the media guests that night were Nonie Nicasio, Rey Pumaloy, Ronald Carballo, Eddie Littlefield, Fernan Sucalit, Alwyn Ignacio, Maryo Labad, Arnell Ramos, Vino Oriarte and Mr. William Reyes. A certain Mr. Kenneth of IMDB film review was also there.
The only most important personal V.I.P.-guests of Vince that night were his loving and supportive parents who both stayed at the party all throughout the night, together with Vince’s baby boy- Baby Spidey. Vince’s sister, Anna Tanada-Bautista (the administrative officer of PSF), was also there with her family.
How can one describe the party? Simply NO WORDS COULD DESCRIBE IT BEST.
Just look at the great pictures below (we prefer not to put photo-captions because it’s best to be seen in its real light, rather that labeling names on the photos) and cherish this great Christmas party of Philippine Stagers Foundation!
