Tunay na artist, ‘yan si Mama Maribel Lopez, na tila mas ibayo ang kasiyahan ngayon sa pagsuporta sa anak niyang si Mara Lopez sa pag-aartista nito, keysa sa sarili niya. Pero ganunpaman, pinapaligiran pa rin ng suwerte ang buhay, pagibig at career ni Mama Maribel. Kasi good karma siya, marunong siyang sumuporta sa kapwa niya kaya bumabalik din sa kanya ang suwerte.

Meanwhile, katatapos lang mag-taping ni Mama Maribel ng bago niyang TV miniseries sa channel 7- ang “Bayan Ko” na ang tema ay ukol sa political dynasty sa bansa. Role ng isang Governor’s wife ang papel ni Mama Maribel dito.

Panay din ang tsika lately ni Mama Maribel sa mga showbiz and non-showbiz friends niya and relatives. Walang humpay na mga dinner invites, parties at sosyalan! Kagagaling lang din pala nila ni Wade Rowland (Maribel’s fiancee)  sa Boracay Island kung saan ay super na nag-enjoy sila sa mga yoga classes doon at siyempre, nature-tripping and swimming.

Bukas, February 11,  ilan sa mga paintings ni Mama Maribel ang iso-showcase sa painting exhibit ng Film Artists Group in-line sa foundation day ng Adamson University.

Umiiral pa rin talaga ang tunay na pagiging isang ARTIST ni Mama Maribel!
